So I picked up a PS5 last year and I'm honestly obsessed. Between work and the kids I only get like an hour or two at night after they go to bed but I've been working through the Uncharted series and it's amazing. My wife thinks I'm crazy but this is my decompression time. Does anyone else here use gaming to chill out after a long day of parenting?
An hour or two at night is perfect actually. I've been doing the same thing with my PS5 after the kids crash. Way better than doom-scrolling on my phone.
That's awesome you found something for yourself. With three kids I barely find time to sleep let alone game, but I get why it's addictive.
Same boat here man. Those late night gaming sessions are basically my only decompression time now. Don't let anyone give you grief about it.
