Anyone else grill year round?

We got about 8 inches of snow last night and I'm out here at 6am firing up the smoker for some brisket. Something about grilling in the cold just hits different. My neighbor thinks I'm insane but the meat doesn't know what season it is. Who else braves the winter for good barbecue?

Year round grilling is the only way to live. 8 inches of snow doesn't stop a real smoker guy. What are you smoking in that cold? I've found brisket does great when it's freezing out.

This is the dad energy I'm here for. My neighbors think I'm crazy but there's something about cooking in the snow that just hits different. Keep doing your thing.

Respect. I tried this once in January and only made it an hour before I went back inside. How do you stay warm enough to tend to it for hours?
