I know I'm probably crazy but I love firing up the smoker even in winter. Something about standing outside with a cold beer and tending to a brisket for 12 hours just hits different. My neighbors probably think I've lost it but the food is worth it. Just got a new offset smoker and I'm dying to break it in before the snow hits.

Winter grilling is legit. There's something about being outside with your thoughts and a good smoke going that just hits different, even in the cold. How's the brisket turn out in winter temps?
