Anyone else have a grilling problem or is it just me
I started grilling last spring just to make burgers. Now I'm out here researching pellet smokers and learning about temp control and brisket rubs. I've got a charcoal grill, a gas grill, and I'm looking at a smoker. My wife asked when I became this person and honestly I don't know but I love it.
There's something about standing out there for hours tending to meat that just clears my head. The kids actually gather around and it's a family thing. Yeah I spend too much money on equipment and fancy sauces but it makes me happy.
Not a problem, it's a passion my friend. Just wait until you're explaining the Maillard reaction to your kids at dinner because you finally nailed the bark on your ribs.
