Anyone else obsessed with smoking brisket?

I started getting into BBQ about 6 months ago and I cannot stop. I've done like 15 briskets now and my neighbors probably hate me but they keep eating so whatever. Got a new offset smoker last month and spent 3 grand on it but honestly it's the best money I've spent on a hobby. The smoke ring on this last one was perfect.

15 briskets in 6 months is commitment. The neighbors will forgive you as long as the brisket keeps showing up at their door.

That's the best kind of hobby addiction right there. Your neighbors aren't complaining nearly as much as they're hoping for the next invite.
