Anyone else obsessed with their grill?
Seriously though, I never thought I'd be the guy talking about brisket rubs and smoking techniques but here I am. Invested in a decent smoker last year and it's become my thing. Spent most of Saturday prepping and smoking a brisket for like 12 hours. My family thinks I'm crazy but they sure didn't complain when dinner was ready. There's something about the whole process that just clears my head. Thinking about upgrading to a bigger model next year.
Dude yes. I got into smoking meats like two years ago and I can't stop. My neighbors probably hate me but the brisket is worth it. What rub do you use?
