Anyone else obsessed with their smoker?
Got a new offset smoker last month and I cannot stop using it. Brisket, ribs, chicken, you name it. My neighbors probably hate me but the smell is incredible. Trying to perfect my rub recipe. What's everyone's go-to meat to smoke?
An offset smoker guy here too. There's something about tending a fire and feeding your family with what you've smoked that just hits different. What kind of wood are you running?
