Bass fishing trips with my oldest finally clicking

Spent the whole morning last Saturday at the lake with my 13 year old. He actually put his phone in the car. We didn't even catch much but he was asking good questions about casting and reading the water. These are the moments you hear about. Not trying to get sappy but man it's nice when your kid actually wants to hang with you and do your thing. Already planning the next trip.
