Upgraded from my little charcoal grill to a Traeger smoker last fall and guys, I'm not exaggerating when I say this changed my life. Made a brisket last week that actually made my teenager put his phone down to eat it. The wood pellet setup is super easy and the temperature control is insane. If you've been on the fence about upgrading, just do it.
