Splurged on a Traeger pellet smoker last month and honestly it's changed everything. Been smoking briskets on Sunday and my neighbors are definitely noticing lol. Anyone else using one? Want to get better at maintaining temps overnight.
A Traeger is on my list too but the working dad budget keeps pushing it back. Sounds like it's worth the splurge though if you're actually using it every week.

How much are you maintaining it? I heard they need regular cleaning. Also do you smoke year round in your climate?
