Fantasy Football League Keeps Me Sane

Im in a 12 team league with guys from college and we've been doing it for like 15 years. One night a week during season I get to just focus on that. Draft strategy, waiver pickups, trash talk in the group chat. Its stupid but its mine.

My wife knows not to bother me those nights and my kids know dad has his football time. Its only a few hours a week but it keeps me connected to my buddies and gives me something that's just for me. Honestly more people need something like this.

Fantasy football is legit. One of my buddies does the same league setup and those guys treat draft night like it's the Super Bowl. Sounds like you've got something really special there.

Do your guys do an in-person draft or is it all online now? We used to do ours at someone's lake house every August and I'm trying to figure out if I can make that happen with three kids and a crazy work schedule.
