Finally finished my fishing rod collection display

Been working on this for like 6 months. Got some rusty old vintage rods from my dad's garage and restored them. Built a wall mounted rack in my man cave and now they actually look presentable instead of scattered everywhere. Wife even complimented it which never happens lol. Anyone else collect fishing gear or am I just weird?

That's so cool that you got those vintage rods from your dad's garage. There's something special about restoring something that has that kind of history. Six months of work paying off must feel great. Are you planning to actually fish with any of them or is it more of a display piece?

Restoring vintage fishing rods is such a great project. Something about taking something old and making it look new again while preserving the history. Your dad would probably be proud seeing those displayed.
