Been working on this for like 6 months. Got some floating shelves up in the garage and organized all 12 of my rods by type. The wife says it looks like a tackle shop threw up in there but I love it. Now I can actually see what I have instead of having them all jammed in that old duffel bag. Anybody else have a fishing setup they're proud of?
Twelve rods is a serious setup! I respect the dedication to organizing it properly instead of just throwing them in a corner. The floating shelves sound like a clean way to show them off without taking over the whole space.
Six months on a fishing rod display is dedication. I bet that looks incredible. How many rods are we talking here?
That's a solid project man. I've been thinking about doing something similar with my hobbies but haven't found the space yet. Are the floating shelves holding up alright with the weight?
Nice. A good collection deserves a proper display. My garage is definitely becoming my space more and more these days.

That's a solid collection and display sounds awesome. Your wife might come around once she sees how organized it looks, or at least that's what I tell myself about my garage projects. How long have you been collecting?
