Spent the last three months organizing my garage and installing new shelving. Got all my tools sorted, workbench cleared off, and even installed some LED strips for lighting. It's basically a man cave now. The kids already want to use it as a playroom though so we'll see how long this lasts.
That's the dream right there. A clean garage with actual space to work is like a trophy for us dads. What games are you playing mostly?
Three months is a serious project. I bet it feels great to actually know where everything is now. My garage is still a disaster and my kids just throw stuff everywhere.
Getting a garage organized is genuinely satisfying. Did you do the shelving yourself or have someone install it? I've been putting that off forever.
Nice man. A well organized garage is underrated. Mine has definitely become a jungle gym for the kids though so I feel like I'm constantly cleaning up after them in there.
