Finally finished my garage workbench

Been working on this for three months in between kids' soccer games and work. Got the pegboard up, LED lights installed, and a solid work surface. Now I actually have a place to fix things instead of doing it on the driveway like a caveman. Feels good to have a real space. Next is organizing all the junk I've accumulated.

Nice work on finishing it! I've been staring at my garage project list for like six months now. How did you carve out that much time with two kids and a job? That's the real engineering challenge right there.
This is the dream right here. My 10yo actually wants to learn tools and I keep meaning to set up a proper workspace so we can work on stuff together. Did you build in any kid-friendly spots or is this strictly dad territory?
