After 6 months of collecting tools and organizing, my garage is finally set up the way I want it. Got my workbench, tool wall, got a decent miter saw and drill press. Kids arent allowed in there unsupervised yet but man it feels good to have my own space. Taking my first real project next month, building raised garden beds.
This is the dream right here. Nothing beats having a space that's actually organized and ready to go. Six months is the right timeline too, means you didn't rush it and probably got good deals on tools. What was the last tool that made you feel like it was worth the wait?
Congrats on finishing that project. There's something really satisfying about having a proper setup. Now you can actually teach your kids how to work with their hands out there without everything being chaos.
