Took me like 8 months but it's done. Got the old garage converted, new flooring, wall mounted TV, mini fridge stocked with beer, pool table in the corner. Even got a sound system set up. My buddies came over last weekend and we had the place packed. The kids think it's cool too which was my main concern. Feels good to have a space that's just mine after years of asking. Eight months is nothing man, that's commitment. My garage project turned into a year and a half situation, but totally worth it. The pool table is clutch for when you need some peace and quiet after a long week.
Eight months is dedication. Does the TV have a good view from the couch? That's the real test of a man cave setup.
