Spent the last 6 months converting our old storage room into a proper retreat. Got a pool table, mini fridge, sound system, and a comfy couch for game days. The wife thinks I'm crazy but honestly it's just a space where I can watch the game in peace without someone asking for a juice box every 5 minutes. Dads need this.
Six months well spent! A place to actually breathe and recharge is gold when you've got two kids. That mini fridge is probably already a lifesaver.
That's impressive dude. Between 6am soccer games and everything else, I can't imagine finding six months to focus on anything. Your retreat is well deserved.
