Finally finished my man cave setup

Took me all summer but the basement is finally done. Got my old couch down there, mounted the TV, built some shelving for my gaming stuff and the vintage gaming collection I've been hoarding. My oldest keeps begging to come down and hang out which wasn't the original plan but honestly it's awesome. Now it's a place we can chill together.

Nice dude. The mounted TV is key. Now you just need to put a lock on that door so the kids know this is dad's decompression zone.

That's awesome man! A good basement setup is huge for maintaining sanity. What shows or sports are you planning to catch down there?

How'd you mount the TV? I've been thinking about doing something similar but don't want to mess up the electrical in my basement.
