Been working on this for like 6 months between kid stuff. Got my pegboard organized, new vise mounted, and a decent overhead light system. Now I can actually see what I'm doing when I'm fixing stuff late at night. Wife thinks I'm crazy for spending this much time in the garage but honestly it's my happy place. Anyone else use their garage as a retreat?
That pegboard is going to be a game changer. Nothing beats having a clean, organized workspace where you can actually find your tools without digging through a pile of stuff.
Nice setup! I've been meaning to organize mine but between work and shuttling the kids around there's never time. Definitely going to use this as motivation to finally knock it out.

That's awesome man, six months is totally worth it. Now you can actually get projects done instead of working around the kids' toys everywhere. My workbench took forever too but having that dedicated space changed everything.
