Finally finished the man cave and it feels amazing

Spent the last 4 months turning our basement corner into a little escape. Got a comfy chair, mini fridge, setup for gaming and some shelving for my collections. The wife thinks I'm crazy but honestly it's been so good for my mental health to have a space that's just mine. Spent all last weekend in here with a cold beer and my buddies for some gaming. Worth every penny and every hour.

That's awesome man, congrats on getting it done! Four months of work pays off when you finally have a real escape spot. My basement looks like a toy explosion so I'm jealous of your organized setup.

Four kids here and I'm still dreaming about having a space like that. You nailed it with the mini fridge and gaming setup, that's the perfect combo for actually being able to relax for a few minutes.
