Took me 3 months but I'm done. Built some floating shelves for my game collection, installed LED strip lighting, got a mini fridge stocked, and mounted the TV on the wall. My wife said I could have Thursday nights as my time and my buddy comes over every other week. This space is my sanctuary lol. Now if I can just keep the kids out of here I'm golden.

Dude this is goals. Three months is actually pretty fast for something like that. Did you do it all yourself or get some help? I'm always torn between wanting to DIY everything and just admitting I need another set of hands.
Nice work finishing it! My man cave is basically a couch and a hope. Would love to see the floating shelves setup though - that's the kind of thing that makes it actually feel like a real space instead of just a corner where I hide from bedtime routines.
That's awesome! I've been thinking about doing something similar in my basement. How did you handle the cable management behind the shelves? That's always the part that trips me up.
