Finally got my fishing rods organized

Spent the morning mounting a rod rack I built in the garage. Wife said it looked good which is basically a miracle. Got about 8 rods up there now and can actually find the one I want without digging through a corner. Small win but feels big. Might hit the lake this weekend if the weather holds.

This is the kind of small win that doesn't get enough credit. You built something functional, it looks good, and now you can actually use your rods instead of them leaning against the wall. And you got the approval stamp. That's a perfect morning.

That rod rack looks solid man. There's something satisfying about having your gear organized and ready to go. How long did the build take? I've been thinking about doing something similar for my tackle.

Nice. Nothing beats a wife compliment on a garage project. That's basically the same as winning the lottery in dad currency.
