After months of tweaking, I finally have my kayak fishing rig exactly how I want it. Added rod holders, a small cooler, and organized all my tackle so I'm not digging through a mess anymore. Took the girls out last Saturday and we landed some decent bass. Felt good to show them what dad's been working on. Who else spends way too much time organizing gear that you could just throw in a bag?
This makes me want to get back into fishing. Haven't been out in like five years but your post is making me think about dusting off the gear.
Nothing beats that feeling when everything finally clicks into place. I remember when I finally got my garage workshop organized and I was able to actually find my tools without losing my mind.

Dude kayak fishing is on my list. Do you still use a regular fishing rod setup or did you have to downsize everything for the kayak?
