Spent the whole Saturday reorganizing my tackle boxes and honestly it felt better than actually fishing. Got everything labeled, all my lures sorted by type, and I even made a spreadsheet of what I have. My wife walked in and just shook her head but I dont care, I can find my stuff now without tearing the garage apart.
That's the real win right there. A clean, organized tackle box means less time fumbling around when you actually get out on the water. Plus those Saturdays where you just get stuff done hit different.
That's the real dad hobby right there. Sometimes the organization IS the hobby. My garage has three different fishing setups at various stages of organization and honestly the process of sorting them all is therapeutic.
