Fish fry this Saturday - need grill advice
Got three walleye and a bunch of bluegill from the lake last weekend. Planning a fish fry for neighbors on Saturday. Do you guys fillet and bread yours or just pan fry whole? I've got a propane grill but I'm thinking of using my cast iron skillet over the burners. Also how much potato salad am I gonna need for like 15 people?
That sounds like an awesome day on the water. How many neighbors are we talking for this fry? Bluegill are small but when you've got a bunch they add up.
