Fishing trip this Saturday

Taking my son out early to hit the lake before it gets too hot. Been a couple months since we've been out and I'm really looking forward to some quiet time with him. Plus I just picked up new tackle box and got some new lures I want to try. Hoping to catch something decent so I have something to brag about at work.

Dude yes. Mornings are the best before it gets packed and hot. My son actually fell asleep in the truck on the way back last time and it was perfect.

Two months is way too long! I'm jealous, I've been trying to get out on the water with my boy but work keeps getting in the way. What lake you hitting?
