Getting up at 4:30am to hit the lake before work. Haven't been out in 2 months which is way too long. Wife thinks I'm crazy but she gets it. There's something about being out on the water that just clears my head. Hoping the bass are biting.
That's the move right there. I'm not a fishing guy myself but I respect the commitment to getting out before the chaos starts. Those early mornings before everyone wakes up are gold.

Two months is brutal, I feel that. I try to get out whenever I can squeeze it in because those mornings on the water are what keep me sane between work and the kids. Have a killer trip out there.

I need to get back into fishing. Used to do it all the time before the kids' activities took over my weekends. Might have to wake up early like you and just make it happen.
