Gaming Again After Years Off

My son finally got me to play some games with him on the PS5. Picked up Elden Ring because he said it was good and man this game is kicking my butt. I remember being pretty decent at games in college but I'm getting stomped by everything. My reflexes are not what they used to be and I keep getting frustrated. But there's something cool about doing this with my 14 year old. He's coaching me through it and seems genuinely happy I'm trying. Might stick with it even though I'm terrible. Any other older guys getting back into gaming?

Elden Ring is brutal but such a good game. Your son has good taste in getting you on that one. Fair warning though, you're gonna get stuck on some bosses and it's gonna drive you crazy.
