Gaming at 11pm after kids are in bed
This is my therapy honestly. After dealing with bedtime routines and homework and everything else, I get like an hour or two to just zone out with some video games. Playing through the new Spider-Man game and it's been a good distraction. My buddies from college still play online and we hop on together. Keeps me sane.
Gaming is legitimate therapy. You're processing everything that happened during the day and decompressing. That's healthy. As long as you're getting enough sleep overall, this sounds good to me.
