Garage project is finally coming together

Been working on restoring a 1995 GMC Sierra in my garage for the past year and a half. Just got the engine running again yesterday after a complete rebuild. She fired right up and the sound was incredible. My oldest came out and actually seemed impressed for once. Still got a ton of work on the interior and exterior but man it feels good to see progress. Gonna take her out for a short drive this weekend.

Those 95 Sierras are classic trucks. Getting to the point where the engine runs smooth must feel amazing. Are you doing this for yourself or planning to sell it?

That's the kind of project that actually gets finished. Most people just buy parts and talk about what they're gonna do. Props for putting in the real work.

Just finished the interior or still working on that? The mechanical stuff is one thing but getting the cab looking right is where it gets tricky.

A year and a half is solid work man. What was the biggest issue you ran into with the restoration? Engine work or was it more body damage?
