Getting back into gaming after 10 years

So I picked up a PS5 last week and man do games look insane now. I've been playing Elden Ring and getting absolutely destroyed but its so satisfying when you finally beat a boss. My 6 year old watches me and keeps yelling 'Dad you got this!' even though he has no idea whats happening. Anyone else jumping back in after a long break?
