Getting back into gaming after years away

My kids got me a Switch for my birthday and I've been playing Mario Kart with them almost every night. Forgot how much I used to love video games before life got crazy. Now that they're old enough to actually play with me instead of just watching it's a whole different vibe. Anyone else rediscovering old hobbies now that your kids are getting older?
