Got a new grill, tips appreciated

Picked up a nice Traeger yesterday and I'm basically a kid on Christmas morning right now. Planning to break it in this weekend with some brisket. Anyone here use Pellet grills? What are your favorite things to cook on them? I've only done burgers and chicken on my old propane so this is a whole new world for me.

That's awesome, enjoy it! We've been taking ours to the park for some of our family hangouts and the kids think I'm basically a legend now.

Nice! Between my two kids' games this weekend I'm gonna try to get some ribs going on mine. There's something about a Traeger that just makes everything taste better, even if you're stressed about getting to the field on time.

Brisket is the way to go for breaking in a Traeger, man. Pro tip: don't mess with it too much once it's on there. I learned that the hard way my first time and my kids still give me grief about the burnt edges.
