Took my nephew to the lake last weekend and we actually caught some decent sized catfish. Used to fish all the time before the kids but life got busy. Forgot how peaceful it is just sitting there waiting for a bite and talking about stuff. Already planning to make it a monthly thing. Any tips for getting equipment cheap? Looking to build up a decent setup without dropping 500 bucks.
