Grill broke right before summer. Do I fix it or replace it?

Weber Genesis from like 2008 just quit on me. Been a solid grill for 15 years but the burner is shot and it's gonna cost almost as much to fix as a new one. Part of me is attached to it since I've made so many meals on there but also maybe it's time for an upgrade? Anyone have experience with this decision? Budget is around $500-700 for a new one.
