Just cleaned out the grill and restocked my propane. Ready to grill almost every night for the next few months. There's something therapeutic about standing over a grill with a cold drink just watching the flames. Wife says I spend too much time out here. She's not wrong but I'm not changing.
I totally get that. Something about the ritual of cleaning it out and getting ready, plus you're basically guaranteed some solo time while you cook.
