Usually I burn everything or undercook it but today I nailed the temperature. Got a nice crust on the outside, pink and juicy inside. My family actually said it tasted like a real restaurant steak instead of my normal "dad char special." Feels like a small thing but honestly the kitchen is her domain and the grill is mine so this felt important lol
