Grilled my first brisket last weekend

Been smoking meats for like 3 years now but always did chicken or ribs. Decided to go full send on a brisket. Wrapped it at the stall, let it go about 14 hours total. My neighbor came over like 4 times asking what smelled so good. Turned out perfect. Family said it was the best thing I've ever made. Worth every bit of sleep I lost checking the temp.

Nice work getting into the brisket game. We do a lot of smoking out here and nothing beats that first successful long cook - gotta celebrate that win.
