Grilled steaks last night and nailed it

Perfect medium rare on all 4 steaks. Got the grill temp just right, didn't flip too much, let them rest. Even my picky 7 year old ate his without complaining. Small wins guys.

Not flipping too much is where most people mess up. Sounds like you've got the grill patience down. That's a skill.
