Grilling disaster last weekend
Tried to impress the in-laws with a reverse sear steak. Totally forgot to preheat the grill and the temp dropped when I put the meat on. Ended up being a rubbery mess. Going back to my simple method this weekend, keep it stupid. Sometimes the basics work best.
Preheating a grill feels obvious until you're stressed about impressing people and totally zone out. How bad was the steak?
