Grilling in winter - who else does it?

Just fired up the smoker at 32 degrees to do a brisket. Some people think I'm insane but there's something peaceful about standing outside in the cold for 14 hours tending a fire. Got my coffee, my blanket, and nobody bothering me. Best day I've had in weeks.

Winter brisket runs hit different. There's something about the cold that makes you appreciate the whole process more. 32 degrees sounds perfect actually, you get better smoke and way fewer flies.
