Grilling season is finally here and I'm ready
Cleaned out the smoker yesterday and got it ready for the season. There's something about spring that just makes you want to smoke a brisket for 14 hours. Planning my first cook for this weekend. Any smoker tips for someone who's been doing this for a few years but always learning?
