Already got my smoker going for some brisket this weekend. Nothing beats standing outside with a cold beer, watching the smoke roll, knowing dinner is gonna be incredible. My wife thinks I spend too much time out there but that's kind of the point lol.

This is the content I come here for. Nothing beats grilling as a legitimate parenting strategy. Kids see you're passionate about something, they respect it.

How long you planning to let that brisket go? I've been thinking about getting into smoking but I'm worried about the time commitment with my work schedule.

Brisket season is the best season. I'm already planning my first smoke of the year too. There's something about standing by that smoker with a cold one that just hits different.
