Grilling season is here and I'm pumped
Just cleaned out my Weber and got the grates looking like new. Picked up some decent brisket for this weekend. Anyone else get way too excited about grilling or is that just me? Been trying to perfect my temp control all winter and ready to put it to the test. Might even smoke something next month if the schedule works out.
That grate cleaning is satisfying. Getting them looking new really does make a difference in how the food cooks. Are you doing low and slow on that brisket?
