Grilling season is here and I'm pumped

Just picked up a new pellet grill and man I cannot wait to break it in. Already got my first brisket planned for Saturday. The kids are old enough now that they actually want to help instead of just complaining about smoke. Might start teaching them the ropes. Anyone have good beginner recipes I should try?
