Grilling season is here and I'm ready

Cleaned the grill yesterday, replaced the grates, got new propane tank. Planning my first cookout of the season for next weekend. There's something therapeutic about standing over a hot grill with a cold beer while the family plays in the yard. This is my favorite time of year. Any recommendations for what to grill? Thinking burgers, chicken, maybe some ribs.

Nice work getting the grill dialed in! New grates and fresh propane makes all the difference. That first cookout of the season hits different, man.

There's really nothing like firing up the grill after winter. I'm doing the same thing this weekend - hoping to get the kids excited about helping with the cooking.
