Grilling season is here and I'm ready

Just cleaned out my Weber and got it ready for the season. New thermometer, replaced some grates, and I'm planning my first brisket this weekend. Been watching YouTube videos on the offset smoker technique. Gonna take it slow and low, maybe 12 hours. Wish me luck fellas.
