Grilling season is here and I'm ready
Got my Weber cleaned up, bought some new tools, and I'm planning my first rib run this weekend. Been watching competition barbecue videos all winter and I'm convinced I can nail that bark. My neighbor thinks I'm crazy for spending this much time on meat but he's gonna be eating his words real soon. Anyone else get weirdly obsessed with grilling in the spring or is it just me?
