Just cleaned out the propane grill and got a new thermometer for it. Planning to do some ribs this weekend, maybe some brisket next week. My neighbors are gonna hate me but my family loves when I fire up the grill. Any tips for keeping meat moist? Always comes out a little dry no matter what I do.

Ribs and brisket, now that's a weekend right there! I'd love to hear how those turn out. Fair warning though, you're about to become the neighborhood grill legend with two jobs going at once.
